Who is responsible for your data?

What we collect, and why
- When you get the free routine or join the waitlist: your name and email address. We use them to send you what you asked for and, if you said yes, our emails.
- When you buy a course: your name, email and purchase details, so you get access and we can keep our accounts.
- When you write to us: what you write, so we can answer.
Our legal basis
- Emails and the waitlist: your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it anytime with the unsubscribe link.
- Course purchases: our agreement with you (article 6(1)(b)), and bookkeeping law (article 6(1)(c)).
Who else sees it
We never sell your data. The free routine, the courses and our email list run on Payhip, which handles sign-ups and payments for us. This website is shown by Cloudflare. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
- Email list: until you unsubscribe.
- Purchases: 5 years after the end of the financial year, as Danish law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, limit it and get a copy. Write to us, and we'll help. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
Cookies
This website uses no cookies and no tracking. The fonts are served from the site itself, so nothing about you is sent to anyone else when you read it.
